February Favorites 2016!

 Hiya,

Though February is long gone, yet after today’s cold and overcast day, I thought over this skipped post and here I am. Sometimes life gets so busy that even writing down a few lines feels so hectic. Don’t think I’m fed up of this blog. No! The matter is my job as a freelancer and after so much writing, another piece of writing appears like fetching stars from the sky itself.

Okay, coming to February Favorites, I must say I picked just a handful of products and later on realized I forgot to add in a conditioner and a moisturizer as well. Nevertheless, let’s cut the story short and head down straight to business. This month I’ve genuinely been trying some eye-makeup looks and gathered if I apply just one shadow on my entire lids, it looks more appealing than 3 or 4 colors put together. For this reason my first February Favorite is;

MAKEUP REVOLUTION FLAWLESS ULTRA EYESHADOWS 'PKR 1500'

This gorgeous palette contains 32 stunning shades that are enough for me at least. I know girls love eye-shadows the most and even loads of eye-shadows seem insufficient to them, but this kit is just the right choice for them, especially if you want a big, good quality palette in a small budget. These creamy shadows are not only a pleasure to look at but to try on as well. You can read my whole review here for further information.

ROMANTIC BEAR WOW Cherry Red Lip Color 'PKR 400'

I have babbled about these lip tattoos in my previous post here. They are great for acquiring a light natural tint that is most suitable when I have to go out. However, I must admit my craze over them was quite short-lived, and now ColourPop is my latest sweetheart. But hey! Don’t take me in the wrong here, if you want to run through something innovative, this is just the product for you.
 
 


NYX Powder Blush PB32 Apricot 'PKR 800'

This blush is a peachy apricot shade and I like it, but my admiration isn’t, “Love you to the moon and back” type. It’s moderately lower than that because indeed it gives a nice glow to the cheeks, I found it a wee bit less in intensity and it takes a lot of swipes to get adequate color on the cheeks. I haven’t reviewed it yet, so wait a while for my complete views.

Essence Lipstick on the Cat Walk 'PKR 430'

This shade is quite popular and that’s the sole reason behind this purchase. I’ve worn it due to two reasons. Number one, the color is really pretty and fleshy toned and number two, essence lipsticks are more suitable for this climate, i.e. fall-spring. That’s since; these lipsticks are very buttery and creamy. The formula isn’t so great, you have to apply 3-4 coats, plus it has a very poor staying power. Let me review it and then I’ll rip it apart from all the pros to cons.

    I love your picks. I've seen the same peel off lip tint selling at a store near my house. I kinda want to get the Berrisom ones, but it's expensive here. Haha.

    Anyway, one of my beauty favourite this month is a mascara from Maybelline. It's the Hypercurl Volum' Express Mascara. Have you tried it?

      Yes, Berrisom ones are expensive here as well, but I have heard that Berrisom ones are the same as these ones, maybe more long-lasting. No, I haven't tried that Maybelline mascara. My eyes are on the Maybelline Lash Sensational one since it has received so much hype. Thanks for stopping by ieyra. :)

    the mur pallette seems good almost a dupe for morphe though i hate the sound of wow lip tatoos the blush is nice my favorite is nivea aftershave balm

    The blush shade looks so pretty! Lovely picks! My favourite product of February has to be my lip balm. I know it doesn't sound awesome, but the cold wind has been very harsh on my skin and lips so lip balm has been my best friend.

    I have three NYX powder blushers are they are some of the best that I owned. I don't have Apricot though, will need to swatch it the next time I'm in store.
