Hello Gals,
I hope you all are doing good. Previous month I didn't post my monthly favorites because I was very busy and hadn't the heart to post something. Today, I bring you my August Favorites. As you all know, that we are facing an extremely hot and humid weather conditions and indulging in lotions and potions is totally out of the question, that is why I only stuck with powder formulated products in my stash but thank God, September has begun. At least I am very happy and waiting earnestly for a change in weather.
St Ives Green Tea Gel Cleanser
This product needs no introduction as I have been praising it most of the time on my blog. This is the perfect product when I need something to control the oiliness and sweat on my face, not to mention that it does wonders for my acne prone skin. Review here
Wet n Wild Ultimate Bronzing Powder
This is a bronzer but the color appears to be quite orange(y) on my yellowish skin tone. So, I only use it as a blusher and pair it with that pinkish/purple highlighter you see in the picture. This combo makes my cheeks look beautiful. I came upon this highlighter while cleaning my stash and it seems to be so old that the brand name is vanished, I can't say from which brand it belongs to. Review here
Essence Sun Club Eyeshadow Palette
I have been using this palette for quite sometime when I need some color on my lids when on the go. The shades are quite fun and nicely pigmented. I apply the two colors at the right side all over my lids and the result is shimmery natural eyes. Review here
Makeup Revolution Liquid Concealer
I only use this concealer at night because in day time, it looks a bit pinkish. The concealer tends to provide a very matte effect when applied under the eye area so, I like it to control the shine under my eyes. Review here
This was my August Favorite products round up. I hope you liked this post!
