Hello Everyone! I’m excited to tell you that the lovely Fatima Janan from fanaasbeauty.blogspot.com tagged me to answer these questions. Thank you very much Fatima for keeping me in your thoughts.

Answer 11 questions of the person who tagged you. Pass this tag to 10 people of your own choice and give them 11 questions of your own.

1. What is the second passion you have besides makeup?

Ah, there are so many to name but I’ll stick to reading books.

2. Makeup is to enhance your beauty or to hide the imperfections?

Makeup serves both purposes but I like to do makeup to enrich my beauty and make me look more nicely prepped up.

3. What is one product you just can’t get the hang of? Or if that’s not applicable, that you cannot stand to use?

Falsies. I just don’t understand the purpose of them. They make me look all fake and rash.

4. What is the biggest challenge you are facing in the world of blogging?

Getting exposure! It is really difficult to get more followers and recognition when the blogosphere is full of top notch bloggers. This part gets really challenging to handle and the only way in, is to create content that is diverse from other bloggers.

5. Biggest beauty trend regret?

Back in 2014, I was really taken by bangs. I mean not the side swept ones, but the ones which fall on your forehead and make you look like Anne Hathaway in Devil wears Prada; well, that is what I used to think. However, I used to prattle about having bangs to my mom every single day and she finally gave in to my ramblings. The next day I had my hair cut short with bangs and ended up looking like a complete nut. My hair is naturally wavy and my forehead isn’t that large, so you can imagine what kind of a fool I was looking like.  Worst beauty regret ever but the lesson’s well learnt by now.

6. What is one makeup product you wish companies would improve and why (nail polish, concealer, primer, etc.)?

Oh, that would be foundations with appropriate shade range as sometimes one gets very disappointed when you can’t buy a shade because it isn't similar to your own.

7. Do you prefer reading a book or watching TV/a movie?

I prefer to read books much more than watching TV or a movie. TV has always some crap on and movies, well it depends on my mood but my hand always goes up in favor of a good book.

8. Which shade and brand of lipstick are you wearing right now?

I’m not wearing a lipstick right now but I’m really taking oodles of usage from Oriflame Color Stylist 2 in 1 Lipstick “Red Passion.”

9. How important are dreams? Do you find them symbolically meaningful/relevant to your life?

I don’t believe in dreams and dreams are to me which you witness when you are asleep and overlook the time you wake up. People have a thing for dreams, they believe in them, they relate to them and they talk about them which for me are very uncanny thing to do.

10. Who's someone that inspires you?

There is not a particular someone who inspires me but I do get really impressed and inspired by those people who are ambitious and move heaven and earth to achieve something in life. Such kinds of people motivate me and I aspire to be like them.

11. What is it that you do not like about yourself and would like to change?

I get easily offended and don’t take jokes as they are meant to be taken. I am by heart a very humorous person as I love to crack jokes and make people laugh but when it comes to myself I get easily detached and moody if someone makes me an aim for a simple, harmless joke. I don’t know why but I would like to transform this unlikable thing about me.

    I totally agree with you about falsies. I only like those that look so natural that when you're wearing them, people can't really tell you actually are, it just looks like you have good lashes! Most falsies look so fake...

    I feel you on the bangs thing. I was obsessed with them too but thankfully just got myself a pair of clip-on ones. And I looked horrible. Lol.

    Lol i was going to tag u in my tag :) but good to know these things about u. Nd i hate falsies too. I just cant get the hang of them. Also i have done the the bangs too lol right before my 10th grade farewell and they were too short and looked plain ugly on me lol. Sad memories hehe :D

    I rarely apply falsies but I do find they make a huge difference, especially since I have monolids so they really lift up and enlarge my eyes. They are really fiddly though and finding a good pair can be a matter of trial and error. I wish I were more into reading books - I find I definitely don't read as much as I should!

      Yes, falsies may be a big help for your type of eyes but they don't suit me much and I don't bother wearing them. Reading is love, you should get into reading books, trust me books can turn out to be your best friend! Thanks for stopping by lovely:)
