Review || Garnier Skin Naturals Light & Radiant Facewash!

By Chaste & Beautiful - Tuesday, November 22, 2016

Hello lovely readers,

Thankfully, I’ve learned my lesson and been really staying faithfully glued to my blog schedule. Now, you will begin to see more content uploading on my blog and I already have lots of ideas piling in my head. Also, I want to thank my readers who, despite my flailing blogging attempt, come to comment on my posts on a regular basis. Please bear with me, I am trying to improve my blog portal.

Today, I have an interesting product to review and I’ve been testing it for a while now. “Garnier” is a brand that honestly never made quite a good impression on me and after trying its BB Cream (which didn’t work well for me) I stopped the attempt to buy Garnier products further. However, the price tempted me to add it to my bucket, hoping for a change of heart.

Price & Packaging

I bought this from Daraz for 239 PKR. The price is cheap, let’s see whether the product hails any miracles. I like the packaging, since I have a thing for squishy tubes as the product is easy to dispense and overall, looks cute. The 100 ml tube is a blend of yellow and white with required instructions and claims given at the back. I would say the packaging is travel-friendly and so far, I have experienced no leakages.

Consistency & Texture

The facewash is white in color and I haven’t noticed any grainy particles in it, it’s smooth and granule-free. I do have to squeeze out more than a pea-sized amount to work it in a decent lather and it cleans my face really beautifully. I love its fresh, perfume-y scent, it’s really pleasant but might be a bit too strong for sensitive noses.

My Thoughts

Okay, I’ll just say it right away, that I am very impressed with this facewash. It makes my complexion very fine-looking and my skin stays that way for a long time. I love the feeling of this product on my face and can massage it deeply as much as I like, without worrying that it will dry out my skin. It’s tremendously gentle and doesn’t strip the natural oils off your skin.

Overall, this product gets a 5/5 from me, as in terms of packaging, quality, cleaning power and moisture sustaining, it’s great. It offers a glow to my face and after moisturizing my skin, my face looks clean and prepped up for this winter season.

Recommendation

I will highly recommend this facewash to everyone as it will suit all skin types.

Would I Repurchase?

Of course!

  1. I agree that this facewash is for every skin type, but I didn't like it much. But it has nothing bad about it, only my personal preference :)

  5. I wonder what's the pH of this cleanser because I'm all about pH balance! Haha. I think Garnier is one of the great drugstore brand for skincare. I've yet to try this but I do like their Micellar water and Aqua Defense Gel Moisturiser. :D

  8. This is a good face wash as I've tried it but I think it doesn't deep cleanse my skin, perhaps I'm too oily skinned. Ponds' face washes are better at this. I'm glad that you like it and it suits you. Again very beautiful review and pictures.

    1. Yes, Ponds do have a upper hand against this Garnier facewash, still I really find no fault with this one and like it immensely. Thanks for giving a read. :)
